B.Carter, Neighbourhood Officer,
We are still pinching ourselves after our night at the Be Proud Awards. We received the award for Creativity in Neighbourhoods, recognising our creative projects and our work in communities.
Thank you so much for the recognition and support. It’s a huge motivation for us both and the work that we do.
Shout out to Demereece our honorary Malandra Jacks team mate and regular collaborator. Thanks for your support on the night 👏
Our award was artwork by local artist MrEggs, check out his work!

The show presents a powerful mix of autobiographical material; alongside the abundant lived experience of community members, to ignite local pride, and much-needed conversations.
On Friday 18th March 2022, we held an event at AJs Academy, Moston to conclude the initial research and development stage of our new show, Census. We had live music, poetry and art on display alongside food and huge community spirit. Thank you so much to everyone that came down.
